To post a new topic, click on "newtopic." Some posts are locked and set as "announcements" or "sticky." These will stay at the top for all to read.

To post on an existing thread, click on "post reply" at the top left. You can also add color or bold type, etc by "selecting" (highlighting) the word or words and clicking the little buttons at the top when in edit mode. Click on a smilie to add it. (they will show on the right while editing).
